This option provides access to expert support from an ADP Recruitment Specialist, who will screen all resumes submitted to a specific job posting and deliver candidates that best meet your qualifications.
RESUME SEARCHING
For any open position, this option permits the Recruitment Specialist to provide assistance with sourcing and screening a resume database to identify additional candidates for any open position. Stop investing countless hours searching online applicant pools for qualified applicants; ADP will do it for you.
FULL-SERVICE RECRUITMENT
With this complete, innovative recruitment solution, ADP handles everything from the initial job posting to recommending candidates for final interviews. The ADP Recruitment Specialist will create the job description, post the ad on both Monster® and CareerBuilder.com®, screen applied resumes, search online databases, and conduct phone interviews with selected "paper screened" applicants.
Armed with the phone interview results and the Recruitment Specialist's recommendations, you or your managers will conduct face-to-face interviews. Once you make a hiring decision, ADP will coordinate the new hire processing, drug screening and background check.
