Three Ways to Pay

Full Service Direct Deposit
ADP’s Full Service Direct Deposit (FSDD) electronically deposits payroll funds directly into your employees’ bank accounts.  You immediately reduce the risk of stolen or misplaced checks, and decrease the risk of fraud – with the safety and convenience of electronic transfers.

ADPCheck
Employees receive the paper checks they prefer, while you save the administrative burden of preparing, issuing and reconciling paychecks. ADP manages the entire process and deals with any external check fraud – which eliminates the risk for you.

TotalPay Card
The TotalPay Card is a flexible "paperless payroll" solution that allows employees, banked or unbanked, to load their full or partial pay to a Visa-branded debit card. This solution makes it convenient to pay remote employees, and provides better fraud protection compared to paper checks.

Online Pay Statements
ADP iPayStatements is an Internet payroll information solution that provides employees with secure instant access to wage/salary data to view and print images of their pay stubs and year-end W-2s via the Internet – whenever, and wherever, it is convenient for them. ADP iPay provides employees with the ability to access exact images of:

• Three years of  pay and earnings statements (from the time service begins)
• Three years of W-2 forms (from the time service begins) 
• W-4 form

With iPay, you reduce your administrative burden by having employees access, complete, sign, and print W-4 forms online instead of contacting your Payroll/HR departments.  You also increase the level of employee service by offering them a  secure and convenient tool to help them stay organized and informed, saving time and allowing them to concentrate more on work-related tasks.
