Conference Registration
Registration is as simple as 1, 2, 3…
Please register so we can confirm your attendance in advance for sessions, as well as the scheduled events that are planned for you, including the Client Extravaganza and Client Appreciation Event.
Your credit card will be charged upon completion of registration for conference fees and guest fees for the optional evening events. The charges on your statement will be listed as “Maritz Travel.” Your credit card will be charged after February 10, 2012, for registration fees requested by cash but not paid.

Session Registration (for attendees only)
After you register for Meeting of the Minds 2012, you will be directed to Session Registration. Follow the instructions to sign up for the sessions of your choice.
You can use either product list, class type, or track search capability to find available sessions; or use the keyword to search titles and abstracts; to refine your search, select “additional search criteria.”
Please note that some sessions have limited seating available and you must register in advance. This includes the Focus On Training and Test Drive classes held during the conference.
Hotel Reservations
Upon completing the conference registration, please make your hotel reservations at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center. Simply click on the button below to make your room reservation. At this time, you will be asked to complete personal information and provide a credit card to guarantee your room.

Returning Visitors
To make changes, cancellations or just to check your registration information, go the registration section and use your ID and Password in the Return Visitor Services section. You will then be able to move through your registration information and make any necessary changes.
Conference Cancellations and Changes:
- Registrants who cancel before January 27, 2012 will receive a full refund.
- Registrants who cancel from January 27 - February 29, 2012 will receive a 50% refund less a $75.00 administrative fee.
- Registrants who cancel starting March 1, 2012 will not receive any registration fee refund.
- Evening events operate rain or shine, and guest fees are non-refundable.
You may substitute another person from your company should a registrant be unable to attend. All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted via Return Visitor Services or by emailing your written cancellation / substitution to adp_motm2012@travelhq.com.
