Register Now for MOTM 2013

Presentations Available for Download

  • Click on the Registration button on the left-hand navigation, next click on REGISTER, then click on the Return Visitor Services link.
  • Enter the Login ID and password you created when registering for MOTM in the Return Visitor Services box and click NEXT.
  • Once you are logged in, select the Breakout Sessions link to access presentation materials and follow the instructions on that page.

ADP offers organizations with multiple attendees the opportunity to save! You will receive $50 off your registration if two to four people register from your company and $100 off your registration if five or more people register from your company. If two to four people from your company are attending Meeting of the Minds 2013 as a small group, please have each person use the code motm13gd when registering for this savings. If five or more people from your company are attending Meeting of the Minds 2013 as a large group, please have each person use the code motm13ndc when registering for this savings.

Session Registration (for attendees only)
After you register for Meeting of the Minds 2013, you will be directed to Session Registration. Follow the instructions to sign up for the sessions of your choice.

You can use product list, class type, hot topic, or track search capabilities to find available sessions, or use keywords to search titles and abstracts. To refine your search, select “additional search criteria.”

Please note that some sessions have limited seating available and you must register in advance. This includes the Focus On Training and Test Drive classes held during the conference.

Hotel Reservations
The group room block for Meeting of the Minds 2013 at Wynn Las Vegas is sold out. If you still need accommodations for the conference, please contact Wynn Las Vegas at 888-320-7123. The hotel will attempt to honor your request based on availability, but the cost for the room will be at the hotel’s current rate.

Returning Visitors
To make changes/cancellations or to check your registration information, go to the registration section and enter your ID and Password in the Return Visitor Services section. You will then be able to access your registration information and make any necessary changes.

Conference Cancellations and Changes:

  • Registrants who cancel before January 24, 2013 will receive a full refund.
  • Registrants who cancel from January 25 – February 28, 2013 will receive a 50% refund less a $75.00 administrative fee.
  • Registrants who cancel starting March 1, 2013 will not receive any refund.
  • Evening events operate rain or shine and guest fees are non-refundable.

You may substitute another person from your company should a registrant be unable to attend. All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted via Return Visitor Services or by emailing your written cancellation/substitution to adp_motm2013@travelhq.com.
