When does registration end?
Registrations will be taken up to the date the conference begins.
How will I know if I have registered correctly?
After you submit your registration, you will be re-directed to an acknowledgement page. You will also receive a confirmation email, sent to the address you supplied at registration.
When I registered to pay by check, I had to give a credit card number. Why?
This is necessary to guarantee your registration. Your credit card will be charged only if we do not receive the check payment by February 10, 2012.
Can I change my registration information after I've registered?
You may review your registration at a later date by returning to the Meeting of the Minds 2012 website using the URL found on your registration confirmation email. To make changes to information previously entered, enter the log-in and password you created, and then go to the data you wish to change and make the necessary adjustment.
How does my company receive the discount for multiple attendees?
ADP offers organizations with multiple attendees the opportunity to save! You will receive $50 off your registration if two to four people register from your company and $100 off your registration if five or more people register from your company. If two to four people from your company are attending Meeting of the Minds 2012 as a small group, please have each person use the code motm12gd when registering for this savings. If five or more people from your company are attending Meeting of the Minds 2012 as a large group, please have each person use the code motm12ndc when registering for this savings.
