Conference Overview

What: Meeting of the Minds is a strategic program designed to enhance our clients’ HR, benefits and payroll knowledge, provide an opportunity to network with their peers and learn how to make the most of existing products and services. Hundreds of ADP clients will meet to exchange ideas, share success stories, network, and be inspired by the insightful speakers and industry experts at the show.

When: Sunday, March 17, 2013 through Wednesday, March 20, 2013

Why:  There are several good reasons why attendees should attend the most important gathering of ADP clients, ADP associates and leading industry experts:

World-Class Industry Speakers: Our featured speakers will provide creative insights and practical advice that our clients can apply to their jobs every day. These speakers represent the industry’s leading experts and organizations.

Tailored Participation: Meeting of the Minds is structured with specific tracks (i.e., Payroll, HR, Benefits, Personal and Professional Development) that will help tailor agendas so our clients get the most out of the conference. We offer 160+ total sessions and training classes to choose from. Clients will receive a set number of Recertification Credit Hours (RCHs) for attending the three-day conference.

Networking: Clients will have the chance to collaborate with colleagues on how to make the most of their existing products and services. And through industry and product roundtables, they’ll interact with peers who are facing similar HR, benefits or payroll opportunities and challenges.

Training: Focus On Training sessions are designed to provide in-depth instruction on ADP products and services. Formatted in a classroom setting, Focus On Training sessions offer attendees their own work station to walk through real-life scenarios, become skilled at shortcuts, and learn more about ADP products and services. Clients receive additional RCHs for attending these sessions.

Informative Business Expo and Book Signings: In addition to the ADP offerings and key industry leaders exhibiting in the Business Expo, we feature book signings where attendees can purchase the latest publications from our featured keynote speakers.

Early Bird Registration Rates

By January 2, 2013:

  • Early Individual Registration: $1400
  • Early Small Group Registration (2-4 attendees from the same organization): $1350
  • Early Large Group Registration (5 or more attendees from the same organization): $1300

Prices go up January 3, 2013 so register early!
