ADP ACCESS makes available a co-fiduciary service from financial leader Mesirow Financial (“Mesirow”). Acting as a registered investment advisor, Mesirow performs due diligence on a group of funds available on the ADP ACCESS investment fund platform.  Based on their screening process, Mesirow develops “Elite Lists” from which plans can build their own lineups and also builds several suggested investment lineups that plans may leverage, in each case while providing legal protection from third party lawsuits arising from certain ERISA-related issues regarding investment selection and monitoring.
