    Get ready to set up your payroll

- View the checklist of information needed

- Ensure your business meets the systems requirements

- Download a new browser if required

- ADP Account Executive calls to confirm order accuracy, system/connection requirements and schedule your next call with an ADP Conversion Specialist.
   
   

ADP Conversion Specialist call

- This call occurs one day prior to your first payroll input
- Access EasyPayNet for the first time. Click here for quick reference card.

- Specialist assists you with the input of your payroll information

- Reviews test payroll
   

Enter Your First Payroll

- Log in to EasyPayNet and enter your User ID, password, client code and service center ID. Click here for a reference guide to assist you.
  - Confirm your pay period.
 

- Enter your hours and earnings - must be at least 48 hours prior to check date (72 hours if you have direct deposit)
 

- Submit your payroll
     

ADP handles the rest!
       

* Companies with < 25 total active and terminated employees can expect to start within 48 hours, companies with > 25 total active and terminated employees can expect to start within 96 hours.
