Training

ADP India places a premium on training and development. The training policy is designed to keep the associates’ skill and knowledge continuously up-to-date. Every associate is provided with training on soft skills, technical, domains, quality initiatives, team building skills, etc. through various methods such as in-person training e-learning through SkillSoft, outbound training for team building and leadership development. Process Management

ADP India is a highly process driven organization and follows processes defined and streamlined by the corporate. In the BPO services, we have highly efficient processes in place tuned to the customer needs and delivery models. For software development, process standards and improvements are based on the Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) of the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.
