All Global Leadership Development Program (GLDP) candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of relevant work experience
- Track record of exceptional performance in current and prior roles
- Experience managing people strongly preferred
- Open to relocation or temporary geographical rotations (potentially including international assignments)
- Strong academic performance
In addition, all GLDP candidates must demonstrate the following ADP critical success factors:

- Ability to develop a strategic plan that drives bottom line results
- Innovative out-of-the-box thinking
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence key decision-makers
- Willingness to take calculated, prudent risks

- Emotional resilience and “learning agility”
- Versatility to take on a variety of roles and be successful
- Aspiration to advance into larger, more challenging roles
Selection Process:
ADP identifies candidates for GLDP by conducting on-campus interviews in the fall with students from top MBA programs as well as by participating in the Annual National Black MBA Association Conference. In addition, we encourage other individuals who meet our criteria to apply to the program. Final interviews with senior executives are conducted at ADP Headquarters in Roseland, NJ in early November, with job offers extended to top candidates soon thereafter.
