ADP Application Development
Design and Development:
Our software developers work as part of the team to design, develop, test and implement extreme high volume internet application software.
Business Systems Analysts
Our Business Systems Analyst develops detailed requirements, impact analysis, and use case documents for client server and web-based products. These documents are the foundation for all project plans from the various groups throughout the project.
Our DBA’s lead the design and implementation of a database architecture that supports the growth of ADP applications. The design needs to enhance the interoperability, scalability, performance, and reporting requirements as well as understanding future project requirements with a vision for implementing long-term solutions.
Quality Assurance and Testing
Our QA Engineers and Testers design and develop test plans/test cases, and perform repeatable testing procedures and processes to ensure our applications run smoothly. As part of our QA Team, you will participate in the review of application prototypes and be responsible for feature testing, integration testing, and regression testing. You will identify test process improvements, including recommendations on automated solutions, and developing/writing test applications and processes.
Our Enterprise Architects develop, maintain and govern the architecture strategy and practice across the organization. They provide vision and subject matter expertise in utilizing industry best practices and technologies to ensure ADP products exceed reliability and scalability expectations.
Enterprise Technology and Operations
Enterprise Technology and Operations (ETO) provides strategic direction, technical standards, project management, and support to ADP’s business operations that use CIO organization services to create value and deliver products/services to their customers. The ETO group collaborates with ADP businesses operations, PTAM, suppliers and IT development to use technology and operational excellence to reduce cost of operations and enhance customer service.
Hosting and Open Systems Engineering
Our Hosting & Open System Engineering organization is responsible for Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering and Standards that provide a competitive advantage for ADP. Areas of reasonability are UNIX & Linux Engineering, Windows Engineering, SAN Engineering, Product Engineering and Open Systems Capacity Planning
Middleware and Monitoring Engineering
The Middleware Engineering function creates and sustains competitive advantage for ADP by providing highly available and scalable web, application, and database environments utilized by Employer and Dealer Services Products. They provide strategic direction across the enterprise through middleware technology roadmaps. They also plan for middleware changes and project implementations to support other internal organizations.
CISO and Global Network Services
Our CISO & Global Network Services guides the enterprise security programs and is responsible for driving IT standardization from a Global perspective. The engineering teams in the enterprise security, network, telecom and virtualization areas are responsible to ensure that ADP delivers secure products and excellent service in the support of our clients.
ADP Data Processing and Support
ADP Data Processing and Support is responsible for Release Management, Help Desk, Desktop Support, Hosting Product Support and Technology Asset Management.
Release Management and Hosting Product Support
Release Management manages and coordinates product releases through our integrated test cycles to production. They ensure that Entrance/Exit Criteria are met throughout test cycles to deliver quality code to our clients.
Purchasing and Technology Asset Management
The PTAM team supports ADP in leveraging IT as a strategic asset to deliver World Class Service to our internal and external clients. This team supports all aspects of the lifecyle through contract negotiation, procurement, financial and physical asset management.
Enterprise Portfolio Management
Enterprise Portfolio Management is based on the concept of managing the activities of the IT organization as a set of ongoing, interrelated investments in products and services that collectively produce substantial value to ADP. Understanding investment levels and the performance of each program, in conjunction with their alignment to ADP’s business strategies, is the foundation of portfolio management.
The EPM organization’s mission is to support the alignment of IT projects and services with business priorities. This new organization has the responsibility to implement methods and best practices that will improve our ability to manage, report and assess the IT portfolio. They are also accountable for the delivery of specific high priority IT projects.
ADP’s Network Solutions group offers Voice Solutions, Data Connectivity, such as VPN and Wireless Solutions, and Data Security offerings to protect your business. ADP’s Voice solutions help a dealership reduce phone systems costs, track incoming calls, and more. Dealers can easily track ads via our tools to know which ones are working best! Having Data Connectivity through ADP allows for freedom to move around within a Dealership or to take work home while staying connected to our ADP systems. Our security solutions allow a Dealership protect their network and keep productivity high. Dealers can also manage Internet access and keep employees accountable.
