ADP’s Recruiting Process - We Want to Get to Know You
Thank you for your interest in joining the ADP team! Our hiring process is one that allows us to get to know you. More importantly, it is also one that allows you to get to know us. Our comprehensive online tools will guide you through the submission process. Once you create a candidate profile you’ll be able to apply for the positions that best match your unique talents and qualifications.
Our Review Process
We have a multi-step review process to make sure you’re truly a good match for the position. After reviewing your resume, a recruiter will contact you for a phone interview, and possibly ask you to complete an online assessment. The recruiter and hiring manager will then determine your eligibility to continue in the hiring process. If eligible, you will complete an online employment application.
Your interview process will vary depending on the position to which you are applying. You may meet with one manager or you may meet with multiple managers. You may even job shadow or give a presentation.
You’ve made it through the recruitment process, and everyone has decided that you are a good match for the position; we are ready to make an offer. It’s important to us that we maintain our safe and secure working environment for you, all of our employees, and our clients. In support of that mission, you’ll be asked to complete pre-employment requirements such as a drug and background screening (required for all positions). Once the screenings are successfully completed and you accept the offer, you are now a part of the ADP family!
