Import Client Data into the General Ledger

Electronically import journal entries from ADP payroll into QuickBooks.

1. You or your clients log onto the InfoLink Website.
2. Create a "map" that matches your payroll with the general ledger account names.
3. Select the pay period you want, enter the file name and date, then click the "Create File" button.
4. In QuickBooks, select Import from the File menu at the top of the screen, and select the file you saved. QuickBooks does the rest!
