Electronic Access to Client Reports and Data

This is an exciting, new application where you and your clients can easily and safely access your payroll data over the Internet.

This valuable tool is available to all EasyPay clients regardless of the payroll input method (phone, fax, PC or the Internet) and includes access to Electronic Reports and Data Export.

Electronic Reports:

• Access electronic payroll reports for the current pay period and up to 15 months of history.
• Save time by providing remote access to reports on the same day ADP processes the payroll.

Data Export:

• Export employee and employer gross-to-net payroll, tax and personnel information into an Excel spreadsheet for further analysis.
• Share data between you and your clients.
• Save time by eliminating the need for re-keying information into separate spreadsheet.
