ADP ranked second on Fortune's 2012 list of America’s Most Admired Companies in Financial Data Services.

Forbes magazine's 2012 list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies
ADP has been named to Forbes magazine’s 2012 list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies, a ranking of the top 100 companies that investors expect to be innovative today and in the future. This is the second straight year that ADP has been honored, moving up 19 spots to number 68 on this year’s list.

Computerworld's list of 100 Best Places To Work In IT 2012
ADP has been ranked in the Top 50 on IDG’s Computerworld 2012 list of the 100 Best Places to Work in Information Technology (IT). ADP is ranked #47 on the list, up six positions from 2011 and 22 positions from 2010.

2012 Working Mother Award
For the third time, ADP has been named to the Working Mother 100 Best Companies list by Working Mother Magazine. This award is the result of ADP’s commitment to a family-friendly culture that supports the busy lives of its associates. ADP offers paid maternity leave, onsite medical offices, lactation rooms, flextime, elder-care resources and other wellness programs.

US Companies with Triple-A Credit Rating
ADP is one of just four non-financial U.S. companies to get a AAA credit rating - the top rating - from S&P and Moody's. The others are Johnson & Johnson, Exxon Mobil and Microsoft.

ADP has been ranked 7th on the InformationWeek 500 list for 2011 – an annual list of the top business technology innovators in the United States.

2013 DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity
In 2013, ADP was recognized as one of DiversityInc's Top 50 Companies for Diversity. With a total of 893 companies participating, ADP ranked #27 on the list. This award is a reflection of ADP's commitment to inclusion in the workplace, and to the unique, rich and varied background of its associates. In addition to its overall ranking, ADP ranked fifth in The DiversityInc Top 10 Companies for Latinos, sixth in the Top 10 Companies for Veterans, and ninth in the Top 10 Companies for Executive Women.

Diversity MBA Magazine named ADP on their annual list of "50 Out Front for Diversity Leadership" for the second year in a row.

2013 Corporate Equality Index
ADP achieved a 100 percent rating in the 2013 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) report for the fourth consecutive year. The HRC's CEI annually rates large scale U.S. employers based on their policies and practices pertaining to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender employees.

2011 Garden State Equality Company of the Year
Garden State Equality, New Jersey’s largest civil rights organization, named ADP as a 2011 Equality Companies of the Year for the second year in a row. The Garden State staff researched over 5,600 companies where a panel selected the honorees using a matrix of 15 criteria measuring not only a company’s workplace policies and practices, but also each company’s track record of social responsibility that goes beyond its own walls.
