Carlos A. Rodriguez
President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rodriguez was named President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2011.

Carlos has been with ADP since 1999, most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer since May 2011, and previously as President of National Account Services and Employer Services International. He joined ADP through its acquisition of Vincam, where he served initially as CFO for a short period before becoming President of ADP TotalSource. Under his leadership, TotalSource became the fastest growing, as well as the largest, Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in the industry.

Carlos then spent several years as President of ADP's Small Business Services (SBS), which included ADP’s small business payroll services, ADP TotalSource and ADP Retirement Services. Under his leadership, SBS launched "RUN Powered by ADP®" payroll management service, which has become one of ADP’s fastest growing product platforms.

Carlos holds master of business administration and bachelor of arts degrees from Harvard University. In addition to his work at ADP, Mr. Rodriguez serves on the Boards of ADP, and Hubbell Inc. He is a member of the Business Roundtable and the Economic Club of New York.

Steve J. Anenen
President, Dealer Services Group

Steve Anenen is Group President of ADP Dealer Services, based in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. 

ADP Dealer Services is a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), headquartered in Roseland, N.J.  Steve has been with ADP for 36 years.

Steve was promoted to Group President in August 2004.  Prior to this, he held the position of Senior Vice President, North America Transaction Systems, ADP Dealer Services North America.  In this role, which he held for six years, he was responsible for sales, implementation and support of ADP Dealer Services’ Major Markets organization, which comprises over 80% of the dealer network in North America.  Prior to this, Steve was Vice President of the Major Markets segment of ADP Dealer Services and served as General Manager of Dealer Services’ Chicago region, where he was Crystal Award recipient for top region of the year five times. 

Steve has held positions of increasing responsibility during his 36-year tenure with ADP.  Prior to joining Dealer Services, he held positions of Director of Client Relations with the company’s Employer Services group, as well as Branch Manager of the Manufacturing/Wholesale Distribution Services division.

Steve is a graduate of Northwestern University and did graduate work at the University of Notre Dame.

John Ayala
President, Small Business Services, Retirement Services, and Insurance Services

John Ayala leads an ADP organization serving the unique needs of businesses with 50 or fewer employees. With more than 400,000 clients, this organization provides businesses with Payroll and Tax Services, Human Resources Management, Time and Attendance Management, Benefits Administration, Retirement Services, and Insurance Services.

Prior to this, John was Corporate Vice President of Client Experience and Continuous Improvement, where he had responsibility for leading enterprise-wide, multi-year process improvement efforts to transform the client experience.

He was previously Senior Vice President of Service and Operations for ADP Small Business Services. Prior to that role, he was President of TotalSource, ADP's Professional Employer Organization (PEO) business. While at TotalSource he led the organization to record revenues, client retention, quality and profitability.

John has also held positions in client service and operations with various companies, including WebEx and Time Warner.

He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Park University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

Mark D. Benjamin
President, Global Enterprise Solutions

Mark Benjamin, a 21-year veteran of ADP, is President of Global Enterprise Solutions, which includes the following ADP business groups: National Account Services, Benefit Services, The RightThing, Multinational Companies, and Employer Services International.

Mark leads ADP's businesses that serve some of the world's largest companies, generally those with 1,000 employees or more.

Prior to his current role, which he assumed in July 2013, Mark served as President of Employer Services International in Paris, France. While there, Mark succeeded in growing the HR and payroll outsourcing business across Europe, Asia/Pacific and Latin America. When he left, Employer Services International was serving clients in more than 80 countries.

Previously, Mark was Senior Vice President of Service and Operations at ADP’s Small Business Services division, where he was the executive responsible for the highly successful launch and national rollout in the U.S. of the market-leading solution RUN Powered by ADP®.

Mark also has served in a series of sales roles of increasing responsibility during his tenure with ADP, which began when he joined the company as a payroll sales representative in 1992. In 2008, Mark was promoted to a Senior Vice President and Corporate Officer of ADP.

Mark earned a bachelor's degree in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami. In addition to his work at ADP, Mark serves on the Board of Regents for Seton Hall University and as Chairman of the Corporate Advisory Board for Voices Against Brain Cancer (VABC).

Maria Black
President, ADP TotalSource

Maria Black leads TotalSource, ADP’s Professional Employer Organization (PEO) business. It provides human-resource outsourcing, payroll, benefits administration, and overall Human Capital Management (HCM) services to small and mid-size U.S. businesses. She is responsible for all aspects of the business unit, including marketing, strategy, service, operations, product, finance, and HR.

Maria joined ADP in 1996 as a sales associate in Small Business Services (SBS) and served in roles of increasing responsibility within the SBS sales function. She then assumed leadership roles in client services and operations within TotalSource. Maria led the TotalSource Western Central Region as General Manager before moving to the Employer Services International (ESI) division, where she served as the General Manager for ADP United Kingdom. In this global role, she oversaw the group’s growth and expanded ADP’s HCM offerings throughout Europe.

Maria has also made significant contributions in developing people and fostering leadership opportunities while sharing talent across the organization. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC), as well as BritishAmerican Business (BAB), Institute of Directors (IoD) and the Young Presidents Organization’s (YPO) GlobalOne Chapter and Women's International Network. Maria has volunteered and championed local corporate social responsibility efforts with a number of charities throughout her tenure at ADP. She has a particular passion for history and charities that honor the sacrifices of war veterans, and ensuring that their legacies are recorded and retold to future generations.

A native of Sweden, Maria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and international affairs from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Michael A. Bonarti
Corporate Vice President; General Counsel and Secretary

Michael Bonarti currently serves as Corporate Vice President; General Counsel and Secretary for ADP.

Michael joined ADP in May 1997 as a corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Over time, Michael was given additional responsibilities for the legal oversight of a variety of ADP's businesses, both domestic and international. In April 2010, he became ADP's interim General Counsel, and in June 2010, ADP's Board of Directors appointed Michael to the role of Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.

Before joining ADP, Michael was an associate with Shearman & Sterling, where he worked on a variety of U.S. and international M&A and corporate finance transactions.

He holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and a B.A. from Cornell University.

He was admitted to the New York bar in 1991 and was granted a New Jersey In-House Counsel Limited License in 2005.

Michael L. Capone
Corporate Vice President of Product Development and Chief Information Officer

Combining a unique blend of client-facing operational experience and strong technical knowledge, Mike Capone guides both product development and information technology as Corporate Vice President of Product Development & Chief Information Officer for ADP (Nasdaq: ADP), a leading provider of human capital management services and one of the world's largest providers of business process outsourcing solutions.

Leveraging more than 60 years of experience, ADP offers a wide range of human resource, payroll, tax and benefits administration solutions from a single source. Today, the company serves approximately 600,000 clients worldwide and generates more than $10 billion in annual revenues.

As one of the world’s largest business-to-business software providers, ADP is also one of the most innovative companies when it comes to developing and deploying technology. The company helped pioneer the cloud computing industry and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model, and currently serves more than 200,000 SaaS clients and over 14 million users on its SaaS platforms.

Under Mike’s leadership as CVP & CIO, ADP has earned accolades for its technology leadership and innovations. Mike is a 25-year veteran of ADP and has held positions in product development, information technology, and operations. Prior to becoming CVP & CIO, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of ADP GlobalView, an award-winning multilingual, multicurrency human resources outsourcing solution. In this role, he led ADP’s efforts to develop a global HR BPO business for large multi-national corporations in partnership with SAP. In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, Mike is a trustee for ADP’s charitable foundation and serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Dickinson College and an MBA in Finance from Pace University.

Debbie Dyson
Corporate Vice President, Client Experience and Continuous Improvement

Debbie Dyson leads ADP’s enterprise-wide business process innovation (BPI) efforts and provides all governance, tools and best practices to help BPI teams leverage innovation across ADP and create a sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Debbie began her ADP career in 1988 as an account manager with National Account Services (NAS). She has since held roles of increasing responsibility in client relations, operational support and general management. Most recently, Debbie served as Division Vice President/General Manager of the Major Account Services (mid-market) South Service Center, which she led to accelerated revenue growth with above-plan performance while maintaining high levels of client retention and engagement.

Throughout her career, Debbie has been passionate about people engagement and development. She serves as an executive sponsor of several ADP business resource groups for associates, including Women in Leadership (WIL) and Cultivate, which focuses on African-American associates. Debbie has volunteered with a variety of Breast Cancer awareness organizations and has participated 12 times in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, in multiple cities.

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Santa Clara University.

Edward B. Flynn III
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing

Ed Flynn is Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Marketing for ADP and has been in that position since March 2009.

He is responsible for world-wide sales and marketing strategy and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of all of ADP Employer Services’ go-to-market activities and field sales organizations for the US, international, and GlobalView® groups.

Ed has been with ADP since 1988 with broad-ranging senior leadership positions in both ADP domestic and international businesses. Prior to his promotion to Executive Vice President, he served as President, Employer Services International (ESI).

He also served as the Senior Vice President of ESI Sales for four years and oversaw both direct and indirect sales for all geographies outside the United States, with particular focus on Europe, Canada, Brazil and Asia.  His responsibilities included both GlobalView Sales as well as ADP's traditional, in-country sales channels across the globe.

Prior to International, Ed led ADP's largest sales force in the US as Senior Vice President for sales in the Small Business Services division.  His experience includes both traditional direct sales force responsibilities as well as successfully launching indirect sales channels and third-party alliances.

Ed holds a bachelor’s degree from Providence College.

Regina R. Lee
Corporate Vice President (retiring from ADP December 2014)

Regina Lee will retire as President of ADP Major Account Services (MAS) and ADP Canada in July 2014 and is providing transitional counsel through the end of the calendar year.

Regina joined ADP in May 1982, and in her own words, has had “many careers while staying with the same company.” She is a member of ADP’s Executive Committee, served as President of all ADP Employer Services business market segments and held numerous senior level line and staff positions. She led MAS to multiple years of record client retention and accelerated revenue growth. During her tenure in MAS, Regina and her team made significant progress with migrating clients to ADP’s newest Human Capital Management solutions and achieved the notable milestone of 50,000 clients on our market leading Workforce Now Global HCM Solution.

Throughout her career, Regina has had her finger on the pulse of ADP clients and their needs. She has been a driving force behind ADP’s continuous drive for service excellence, including executive sponsorship of the company’s Stellar Service deployment, active engagement with external industry groups such as the American Payroll Association (APA), and external benchmarking efforts related to client satisfaction. Her keen insights into what makes clients continue doing business with ADP, and why associates stay with ADP, have been instrumental to the business’s success. Throughout her career, Regina has generously shared her experiences and insights with associates and leaders in a way that has helped many advance their careers.

Regina was the founding member of ADP’s Women in Leadership forum, for which she has continued to be a strong and dedicated advocate and sponsor. She is also a trustee of the ADP foundation.

Regina is an active member of the American Payroll Association and frequently speaks at local and national payroll conferences. She has received numerous industry awards, including: HRO Today's HRO Superstar; APA's Special Friend Award; APA's very first Supporter Award; and YWCA's Tribute to Women in Industry Award. Additionally, she was included in the 2008 Who's Who in the HR Profession listing by Workplace HR & Safety. Regina has also been honored by Girls Inc., a nonprofit that inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold.

Regina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Rutgers University.

Dermot J. O'Brien
Corporate Vice President and CHRO

Dermot J. O'Brien serves as Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP).

Dermot joined ADP in 2012 and leads the company's global human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, learning, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, and corporate social responsibility. Since joining the company, Dermot has been driving the alignment of the company’s human capital strategy to its business strategy, while achieving exceptional levels of associate engagement.

Prior to this, Dermot served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at TIAA-CREF, a Fortune 100 Company, where he served for nine years. During his time at TIAA-CREF he was instrumental in leading significant positive shifts in business performance and employee engagement through the design and effective deployment of talent, leadership, reward, and inclusion strategies. He also played an important client relationship role. Earlier in his career, Dermot held several senior HR positions at Merrill Lynch & Co & Morgan Stanley, based in North America, Hong Kong and Japan.

Dermot is a founding member of the Human Resource-50 Group, an invitation-only, thought-leadership and knowledge-sharing group consisting of chief human resource officers from the world's most respected companies; the Personnel Round Table, an organization of senior Fortune 500 HR executives; and the CT Partners Annual Board of Directors Institute on Human Resources, which convenes annually to share ideas about current challenges facing corporations and boards. He also serves on the CT Partners Advisory Board and helps develop the Institute's agenda and priorities.

Dermot has volunteered with Junior Achievement over the years, teaching children the basics of financial literacy. A native of Dublin, Ireland, he holds an undergraduate degree in finance from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University, where he is a frequent guest lecturer.

Douglas W. Politi
President, Added Value Services

Doug Politi has been with ADP for over 20 years and is currently the President of ADP's Added Value Services business unit.

He is responsible for ADP's core Tax Operations and Global Money Movement functions as well as the General Manager for the ADP SmartComplianceSM offering which includes the Employment Tax, Tax Credits, Wage Payments, Wage Garnishment, Wage Verification, Unemployment Compensation, W2 Management and Procure-to-Pay product lines. He is responsible for all aspects of the business unit including marketing, strategy, service, operations, product, finance and HR.

In previous roles at ADP, Doug was the General Manager for the Retirement Services Division which processed 401K plans processing for over 30,000 ADP clients. Prior to that, he was responsible for Strategy and Business Development at ADP's Brokerage Unit (now Broadridge Financial Services). He was also the General Manager of the Fixed Income processing division which provided fixed income back-office settlement, clearing, and GL services to major Wall Street Banks.

Doug has held various roles in his career including sales, account management, strategy, general management, and computer programming. He began his career as a software engineer at General Electric's Corporate Research and Development facility in Schenectady, NY.

He graduated with a bachelor of science degree in computer science and a minor in mathematics from Virginia Tech, and master of science degree in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Anish D. Rajparia
President, Major Account Services & ADP Canada

Anish Rajparia was recently appointed President of Major Account Services, which focuses on businesses with 50 to 1,000 clients, and ADP Canada. He was previously President of ADP’s Small Business Services, TotalSource®, Insurance and Retirement Services businesses.

Anish has also served as President of ADP Employer Services International (ESI), where he was responsible for HR and payroll outsourcing business across Europe, Asia/Australia, and Latin America. He successfully grew share, expanded presence in emerging markets, drove growth with multinational companies through ADP Streamline®, completed three successful acquisitions, and increased margins.

The ESI role was an expansion of Anish’s prior responsibility as President, Employer Services Europe beginning in July 2006. During his tenure he accelerated the growth of the business, enhanced the core payroll offerings, expanded the suite of HR offerings, launched Money Movement, and significantly improved the margins of the business.

Anish joined ADP as Vice President of Business Development, and was rapidly promoted to Senior Vice President, Employer Services Group Strategy and Marketing. During his tenure in these roles, he was integral to developing the overall ES strategy, identifying viable acquisitions and alliances, and driving various marketing initiatives and external communications.

Before joining ADP, Anish was the co-CEO and Chief Operating Officer of Parlo, Inc., an e-learning company. Prior to Parlo, he served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he advised financial services, technology and consumer organizations on strategy, marketing, operations and acquisitions. Anish’s career began at Xerox Business Services with various positions in sales, pricing and marketing.

Anish holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering and computer science from Duke University. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Gujarati.

Jan Siegmund
Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Jan Siegmund was appointed Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in November, 2012.

Jan has been with ADP since June 1999, most recently as ADP's Chief Strategy Officer and President of the Added Value Services Division from 2007 to October 2012. As President of AVS, Jan was responsible for the AVS division, which included tax, compliance services and insurance. In addition, as Chief Strategy Officer, he had responsibility for ADP’s strategy, product management, marketing and corporate development.

Jan joined ADP as Vice President-Corporate Strategy. In 2000, he transferred to ADP's Brokerage Services Group as Senior Vice President for Strategy and Business Development. He later assumed the position of Corporate Vice President, leading ADP's Strategy, Marketing, Product Management, Government Affairs, and Corporate Development group. He has been instrumental in the development of ADP’s new growth strategy, which has resulted in the company's expansion into a number of important growth markets.

Prior to joining ADP, Jan spent six years with McKinsey and Company leading consulting engagements primarily in the financial services industry. He holds a doctor of philosophy degree in economics and a master of science degree in industrial engineering.

Joseph Timko
Chief Strategy Officer

Joe serves as ADP’s Chief Strategy Officer reporting to the CEO. He joined ADP in June 2013. Joe came to ADP from Pitney Bowes where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Technology & Strategy Officer.

In his three years at Pitney, Joe led Corporate Strategy, the Strategic Technology & Innovation Center, Worldwide Engineering and Enterprise Architecture.

Joe brings an extensive background in consulting and technology to this role. Joe previously worked at McKinsey & Company where he was a Partner in the Technology and Telecom Practice. There, he led engagements for Fortune 500 companies in industries such as communications equipment and services, IT software and services, industrial controls, and chemicals. His expertise, which was developed over 13 years at the firm, enabled successful consulting engagements focused on business strategy, marketing and sales, business development and M&A, turnarounds, and operations

Prior to McKinsey, Joe was a product manager and R&D leader for Bell Laboratories/Lucent Technologies for more than a decade where he delivered software/hardware products to telecommunications service provider customers. At both Bell and McKinsey, Joe was recognized as a people developer.

Joe received an MBA from The Wharton School as a Palmer Scholar, the school’s highest academic honor. He also received a Master of Science degree from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Tech, both in electrical engineering.

Joe currently serves on the National Advisory Board of Enactus, formerly Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE). He is also affiliated with Rutgers Business School as a Helpful Executive-in-Reach (HEIR) and with Virginia Tech’s College of Engineering as a member of the Committee of 100.
