Carlos A. Rodriguez
CARLOS A. RODRIGUEZ
President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rodriguez was named President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2011.

Mr. Rodriguez has been with ADP since 1999, most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer since May 2011, and previously as President of National Account Services and Employer Services International. He joined ADP through its acquisition of Vincam, where he served initially as CFO for a short period before becoming President of ADP TotalSource. Under his leadership, TotalSource became the fastest growing, as well as the largest, Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in the industry.

Mr. Rodriguez then spent several years as President of ADP's Small Business Services (SBS), which included ADP’s small business payroll services, ADP TotalSource and ADP Retirement Services. Under his leadership, SBS launched "RUN Powered by ADP®" payroll management service, which has become one of ADP’s fastest growing product platforms.

Mr. Rodriguez holds master of business administration and bachelor of arts degrees from Harvard University. In addition to his work at ADP, Mr. Rodriguez serves on the Boards of ADP, Hubbell Inc. and A-T Children’s Project. He is a member of the Business Roundtable and the Economic Club of New York.

Steve J. Anenen
STEVE J. ANENEN
President, Dealer Services Group

Steve Anenen is Group President of ADP Dealer Services, based in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. 

ADP Dealer Services is a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), headquartered in Roseland, N.J.  Mr. Anenen has been with ADP for 36 years.

Mr. Anenen was promoted to Group President in August 2004.  Prior to this, he held the position of Senior Vice President, North America Transaction Systems, ADP Dealer Services North America.  In this role, which he held for six years, he was responsible for sales, implementation and support of ADP Dealer Services’ Major Markets organization, which comprises over 80% of the dealer network in North America.  Prior to this, Mr. Anenen was Vice President of the Major Markets segment of ADP Dealer Services and served as General Manager of Dealer Services’ Chicago region, where he was Crystal Award recipient for top region of the year five times. 

Mr. Anenen has held positions of increasing responsibility during his 36-year tenure with ADP.  Prior to joining Dealer Services, he held positions of Director of Client Relations with the company’s Employer Services group, as well as Branch Manager of the Manufacturing/Wholesale Distribution Services division.

Mr. Anenen is a graduate of Northwestern University and did graduate work at the University of Notre Dame.

John C. Ayala
JOHN C. AYALA
Corporate Vice President, Client Experience and Continuous Improvement

John assumed responsibility for leading enterprise-wide, multi-year process improvement efforts to transform the client experience in 2012. His group also facilitates and standardizes business-process-innovation initiatives across ADP, providing organizations with governance, tools and best practices.

John joined ADP in 2002 and has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility. He was previously Senior Vice President of Service and Operations for ADP Small Business Services (SBS), which supports payroll and other HR administration needs of about 425,000 clients.

Prior to SBS, he was President of TotalSource, ADP's Professional Employer Organization (PEO) business based in Miami. While at TotalSource he led the organization to record revenues, client retention, quality and profitability.

Prior to ADP, John held positions in client service and operations with various companies, including WebEx and Time Warner.

John holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Park University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

Mark D. Benjamin
MARK D. BENJAMIN
President, Employer Services International

Mark Benjamin was appointed President, ADP Employer Services International in July 2011 and is responsible for growing the HR and payroll outsourcing business across Europe, Asia/Australia, and Latin America, which currently serves clients in over 75 countries.

He will look to grow market share of the in-country offerings, increase the business in beyond payroll offerings, expand the multi-national offerings, identify geographic expansion opportunities across EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific and increase operational effectiveness.

Previously, Mr. Benjamin was Senior Vice President of ADP's Small Business Services division's service and operations, including its TotalSourceSM and Resource® offerings. He had responsibility for 350,000 clients serviced by 3,000 associates and revenues of $1.95 billion.

After joining ADP in 1992 as a payroll sales representative, Mr. Benjamin progressed rapidly within sales and sales leadership roles to become a General Manager in 1999. Over the next several years, his responsibilities included serving as Senior Vice President of service and sales roles for TotalSourceSM as well as the overall leadership of the unit in 2007.

Mr. Benjamin holds a bachelor's degree in international finance and marketing from the University of Miami.

Michael A. Bonarti
MICHAEL A. BONARTI
Corporate Vice President; General Counsel and Secretary

Michael Bonarti currently serves as Corporate Vice President; General Counsel and Secretary for ADP.

Mr. Bonarti joined ADP in May 1997 as a corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Over time, Mr. Bonarti was given additional responsibilities for the legal oversight of a variety of ADP's businesses, both domestic and international. In April 2010, he became ADP's interim General Counsel, and in June 2010, ADP's Board of Directors appointed Mr. Bonarti to the role of Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.

Before joining ADP, Mr. Bonarti was an associate with Shearman & Sterling, where he worked on a variety of U.S. and international M&A and corporate finance transactions.

He holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and a B.A. from Cornell University.

He was admitted to the New York bar in 1991 and was granted a New Jersey In-House Counsel Limited License in 2005.

Michael L. Capone
MICHAEL L. CAPONE
Corporate Vice President and CIO

Mike Capone is Corporate Vice President and Chief Information Officer for ADP. 

Combining a unique blend of client-facing operational experience and strong technical knowledge, Mr. Capone guides both product development and information technology.  ADP’s R&D organization delivers products that support 570,000 clients while its IT professionals are responsible for enterprise security, infrastructure, messaging, and business applications.

Under Mr. Capone's leadership as CIO, ADP has been recognized as one of the top 25 Most Influential Technology Vendors for 2009 by The Aberdeen Group as well as named to Forbes magazine’s list of The World’s Most Innovative Companies in 2011.

Mr. Capone is a 24-year veteran of ADP and has held positions in product development, information technology, and operations.  Most recently, he has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of GlobalView®, an award-winning multilingual, multicurrency human resources outsourcing solution.  In this role, he led ADP’s efforts to develop a global HR business process outsourcing business for large multi-national corporations in partnership with SAP.

Mr. Capone holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Dickinson College and a master of business administration degree in finance from Pace University.

Edward B. Flynn III
EDWARD B. FLYNN III
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing

Ed Flynn is Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Marketing for ADP and has been in that position since March 2009.

He is responsible for world-wide sales and marketing strategy and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of all of ADP Employer Services’ go-to-market activities and field sales organizations for the US, international, and GlobalView® groups.

Mr. Flynn has been with ADP since 1988 with broad-ranging senior leadership positions in both ADP domestic and international businesses. Prior to his promotion to Executive Vice President, he served as President, Employer Services International (ESI).

He also served as the Senior Vice President of ESI Sales for four years and oversaw both direct and indirect sales for all geographies outside the United States, with particular focus on Europe, Canada, Brazil and Asia.  His responsibilities included both GlobalView Sales as well as ADP's traditional, in-country sales channels across the globe.

Prior to International, Mr. Flynn led ADP's largest sales force in the US as Senior Vice President for sales in the Small Business Services division.  His experience includes both traditional direct sales force responsibilities as well as successfully launching indirect sales channels and third-party alliances.

Mr. Flynn holds a bachelor’s degree from Providence College.

Regina R. Lee

Major Account Services, National Account Services, GlobalView® and ADP Canada

Regina Lee was recently named President of ADP Major Account Services, National Account Services, GlobalView and ADP Canada. 

Prior to this, Ms. Lee was President of the company’s Major Account Services and Small Business Services divisions, organizations that provide HR, benefits and payroll services to small and mid-sized organizations. In this role, she led a team of 14,000 associates who provide services to 460,000 ADP clients.

A 29-year veteran of ADP, Ms. Lee has held other numerous senior level positions, serving as President, ADP National Account Services and Employer Services International, where she led an organization of 13,000 associates to offer human capital management outsourcing services to the largest organizations worldwide. She also served as President of ADP’s Small Business Services Division, where her leadership resulted in the achievement of record results in all areas of measurement. Her other key leadership roles have included Senior Vice President Operations for ADP’s Small Business Services division, President-AG Consulting, Division Vice President/General Manager of the southeast division of National Accounts Services, Division Vice President-Government Affairs and Vice President-Associate Information Services. She currently serves as an ADP corporate officer and a member of ADP's Executive Committee.

Ms. Lee has been an active member of the American Payroll Association for many years and is a frequent speaker at local and national payroll conferences. She has received numerous industry awards including HRO Today’s HRO Superstar 2006 - 2010; APA’s Special Friend award; and YWCA’s Tribute to Women in Industry Award. Additionally, she was included in the 2008 Who’s Who in the HR Profession listing by Workplace HR & Safety.

Ms. Lee holds a bachelor of science degree in business management from Rutgers University.

Dermot J. O'Brien
DERMOT J. O'BRIEN
Corporate Vice President and CHRO

Dermot J. O'Brien serves as Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP).

Dermot has been in his current role since April 2012 and is responsible for leading the company's global human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, learning and compensation and benefits activities. A key focus area is aligning the human capital strategy to business strategy and driving exceptional levels of associate engagement through the company's mission, vision and values and diversity and inclusion policies.

Dermot joined us from TIAA-CREF, a Fortune 100 Company, where he served for nine years as the company's Executive Vice President, Human Resources and a member of their executive management team. During his time at TIAA-CREF he was instrumental in leading significant positive shifts in business performance and employee engagement through the design and effective deployment of talent, leadership, reward, and inclusion strategies. He also played an important client relationship role.

Prior to joining TIAA-CREF, he held senior HR positions at Merrill Lynch & Co. He started his financial services career at Morgan Stanley, where he spent nine years in various roles, including head of HR for Japan.

Mr. O'Brien is a founding member of the Human Resource-50 Group, an invitation-only, thought-leadership and knowledge-sharing group consisting of chief human resource officers from the world's most respected companies; the Personnel Round Table, an organization of senior Fortune 500 HR executives; and the CT Partners Annual Board of Directors Institute on Human Resources, which convenes annually to share ideas about current challenges facing corporations and boards. He also serves on the CT Partners Advisory Board and helps develop the Institute's agenda and priorities.

Mr. O'Brien has volunteered with Junior Achievement over the years, teaching children the basics of financial literacy. A native of Dublin, Ireland, he holds an undergraduate degree in finance from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University, where he is a frequent guest lecturer.

Douglas W. Politi
DOUGLAS W. POLITI
President, Added Value Services

Doug Politi has been with ADP for over 20 years and is currently the President of ADP's Added Value Services business unit.

He is responsible for ADP's core Tax Operations and Global Money Movement functions as well as the General Manager for the ADP SmartComplianceSM offering which includes the Employment Tax, Tax Credits, Wage Payments, Wage Garnishment, Wage Verification, Unemployment Compensation, W2 Management and Procure-to-Pay product lines. He is responsible for all aspects of the business unit including marketing, strategy, service, operations, product, finance and HR.

In previous roles at ADP, Doug was the General Manager for the Retirement Services Division which processed 401K plans processing for over 30,000 ADP clients. Prior to that, he was responsible for Strategy and Business Development at ADP's Brokerage Unit (now Broadridge Financial Services). He was also the General Manager of the Fixed Income processing division which provided fixed income back-office settlement, clearing, and GL services to major Wall Street Banks.

Doug has held various roles in his career including sales, account management, strategy, general management, and computer programming. He began his career as a software engineer at General Electric's Corporate Research and Development facility in Schenectady, NY.

He graduated with a bachelor of science degree in computer science and a minor in mathematics from Virginia Tech, and master of science degree in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Anish D. Rajparia

President, Small Business Services/ADP
TotalSource®/Retirement Services

Anish Rajparia was recently appointed President, Small Business Services, TotalSource®, and Retirement Services and will look to expand ADP’s market share, grow share of wallet, and increase relevance with small businesses.

Prior to this, Mr. Rajparia was President of Employer Services International (ESI) for two-and-a-half years and was responsible for the HR and payroll outsourcing business across Europe, Asia/Australia, and Latin America.  He successfully grew share in Europe, expanded presence in emerging markets, drove growth with multinational companies through ADP Streamline®, created focus on beyond-payroll offerings, completed three successful acquisitions, and increased margins across ESI. 

The ESI role was an expansion of Mr. Rajparia’s prior responsibility as President, Employer Services Europe beginning in July 2006. During his tenure he accelerated the growth of the business, enhanced the core payroll offerings, expanded the suite of HR offerings, launched Money Movement, and significantly improved the margins of the business. 

Prior to that, Mr. Rajparia was Senior Vice President & General Manager of ADP Retirement Services.  He was responsible for the sales, client service, operations, product development, and marketing functions aligned to drive profitable growth in ADP’s Simple IRA, 401(k), and other retirement plan administration products. 

In addition to these general management roles, Mr. Rajparia has held two senior-level positions at the ADP Corporate level.  He joined ADP as Vice President of Business Development, and was rapidly promoted to Senior Vice President, ES Group Strategy and Marketing.  During his tenure in these roles, he was integral to developing ES' overall strategy, identifying viable acquisitions and alliances, and driving various marketing initiatives and external communications.  In addition, he led the growth in ADP’s TotalPay® Card, a VISA®-branded stored value payroll card. 

Mr. Rajparia brings extensive management experience to ADP.  He joined the company from Parlo, Inc., an e-learning company where he was the co-CEO and Chief Operating Officer.  Prior to Parlo, he served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he advised financial services, technology and consumer organizations on strategy, marketing, operations and acquisitions. Mr. Rajparia’s career began at Xerox Business Services with various positions in sales, pricing and marketing.

Mr. Rajparia holds a master of business administration degree from the Harvard Business School and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering and computer science from Duke University. Mr. Rajparia is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Gujarati. 

Jan Siegmund
JAN SIEGMUND
Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Jan Siegmund was appointed Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in November, 2012.

Mr. Siegmund has been with ADP since June 1999, most recently as ADP's Chief Strategy Officer and President of the Added Value Services Division from 2007 to October 2012. As President of AVS, Mr. Siegmund was responsible for the AVS division, which included tax, compliance services and insurance. In addition, as Chief Strategy Officer, he had responsibility for ADP’s strategy, product management, marketing and corporate development.

Mr. Siegmund joined ADP as Vice President-Corporate Strategy. In 2000, he transferred to ADP's Brokerage Services Group as Senior Vice President for Strategy and Business Development. He later assumed the position of Corporate Vice President, leading ADP's Strategy, Marketing, Product Management, Government Affairs, and Corporate Development group. He has been instrumental in the development of ADP’s new growth strategy, which has resulted in the company's expansion into a number of important growth markets.

Prior to joining ADP, Mr. Siegmund spent six years with McKinsey and Company leading consulting engagements primarily in the financial services industry. He holds a doctor of philosophy degree in economics and a master of science degree in industrial engineering.
