Subject Line: ADP Funding Notification - Debit Draft

ISSUE OVERVIEW

ADP’s Global Security Organization has received numerous reports regarding fraudulent emails referring to “ADP Funding Notification - Debit Draft.”  The email message indicates that the recipient’s account will be debited within one business day, and directs the recipient to click on a link to view a report purported to show the transaction amount. 

Please note that these emails are not originating from ADP and do contain a malicious attachment. ADP is working with our security vendors and fraud prevention team to identify and contain the source(s) of these emails.

Protecting ADP clients and their data from malicious activity has been, and always will be, a top priority for ADP.

HOW TO REPORT AN INCIDENT

Please be on the lookout for variations of this fraudulent email. We will provide updated information as it becomes available.

If you receive any new or related suspicious email:

  • Do not click on any links or open any attachments within the message.
  • Please forward the email **AS AN ATTACHMENT** to abuse@adp.com
  • Delete the email.
